Hogwarts Legacy: Tips & Tricks
Nobody can deny that this game is every Harry Potter fans dream come true. Avalanche has done an amazing job with the game filling it with magic! It can be overwhelming to many as the game throws a lot of things at you fast. In this article, I will mention some tips that I learnt, which will greatly help your Hogwarts Legacy experience.
Progress main quest till unlocking beasts ASAP
It’s very common for players to start side quests and/or roam within the castle to discover all its secrets or hit the world outside Hogwarts as soon as the game lets you. It’s understandable, the world within & outside the castle is so rich & beautiful. However, it might soon kill the open world experience being under-powered and not being able to travel faster. I would recommend progressing through the main quest only to the point where you unlock the beasts.
If you do before, although possible, you would be impeded by things like locked doors, traveling by foot, less spells to deal with enemies etc. By the time you unlock beasts, you would have unlocked Alohomora, unlocked broom flying, unlocked fire spells like Incendio to deal with enemies like Spiders and Inferi, unlocked beasts so you can farm Galleons. All these will greatly help your open world gameplay.
